Adult-Baptism
The decision to join others on the journey with God through Jesus can come at many points in life. We encourage and welcome all to enter the waters of baptism. Adults have participated in the “Tour of Life” class in meaningful ways and there are other possibilities regarding exploring the decisions to be baptized. Call one of the pastors to visit about a life of faith.

Tour of Life
Each year, people preparing for baptism and a life of discipleship are invited to partake in a “Tour of Life”. On this day-long retreat, candidates for baptism are paired with an adult mentor as the group travels throughout the city, connecting the Christian faith to everyday life. Stops include a visit to the Birthing Center at Poudre Valley Hospital, a volunteer work site, a school classroom, lunch around the communion table at church, a local funeral home and more. At each location there are activities and conversation regarding the Christian life and our call to a life of discipleship. This experience is offered in the Spring each year. Wednesday Night Book Study
We are a group of people who are interested in studying Christianity on a deeper level than Christianity 101 in a communal effort to increase our understanding of our faith. We look at the hard stuff. Our book selections typically alternate with commentary/study of a particular book of the bible and more general  theology. For example, we recently studied Romans and “Judaism’s Life Changing Ideas” (which Christianity can also claim). Our Wednesday evening book study will be starting the new year with a new book: “Letters From a Skeptic”. We currently meet weekly on Wednesdays at 7pm at Mark Turner‘s home. Come join us!
