Wednesdays, June 7-July 19
@ 6:30 p.m.
Join us on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. on Zoom to learn more about how to create and implement an individual disaster preparedness plan. When we are better prepared individually when disaster strikes, we are better equipped to serve our community and those impacted in their time of need. We will learn how to evaluate our own risk, learn about resources that are there to help us in a disaster, and work together to feel more prepared when a disruption happens. Each class is a stand alone class focusing on a specific area around preparedness. A newsletter will be sent to those participating after each class with links and information that was discussed. Please sign up here to receive communications about this class including the Zoom link.
This class is facilitated by Rev. Erin Tyler, Minister of Children and Community at Heart of the Rockies. She is the Lead Chaplain for Fort Collins Police Services and co-leads Community Chaplaincy in Larimer County, a group of chaplains who respond with the Behavioral Health Team of Larimer County during a disaster.
