At Heart of the Rockies Christian Church, our life includes opportunities for meaningful work in and around our community as we live into our mission of Loving God. Serving Others. Changing Lives. We work at embracing Jesus’ call to self-sacrifice: trusting God’s steadfast love, discovering our gifts, and sharing together with God in something of enormous consequence: the shaping of life toward a world of justice and wholeness.
The Outreach Team guides our congregation in our mission to serve others. Each year a portion of the church’s general operating budget is designated for Outreach (including support of our denomination via the Disciples Mission Fund). The Outreach Team also coordinates additional fundraising efforts to support ongoing and emergency needs in our community and throughout the world. If you are interested in serving on the Outreach Team, contact the church office.
