Each year, youth preparing for baptism and a life of discipleship participate in a “Tour of Life.” On this day-long retreat, those interested in baptism are paired with an adult mentor as the group travels throughout the city, connecting the Christian faith and service to everyday life. Stops might include a visit to a hospital birthing center, a playground, a classroom, a local funeral home, and our church. At each location there is teaching and conversation regarding various aspects of the Christian life.
