Rainbow Respite Volunteer Opportunity
Volunteers Needed!
Volunteers of America provides 2 hours a week of non medical respite for caregivers a week and they’re specifically in need of volunteers! They’ve launched a new program called “Rainbow Respite,” where they match trained volunteers with LGBTQ identifying caregivers and loved ones. Rainbow Respite Volunteers receive additional training on caring for LGBTQ older adults and their unique concerns.
