We reach beyond the walls of Heart of the Rockies reflecting our values to celebrate and strengthen our diverse communities here in Northern Colorado.
Sharing our gifts
We educate and support the community while affirming our LGBTQ+ identity. We do this by supporting a range of organizations and by providing action opportunities for our congregation through volunteer work.
Pride
We show our LGBTQ+ pride during the Pride Festival in Fort Collins. Heart of the Rockies is a sponsor of this annual event organized by Northern Colorado Equality aimed at honoring, promoting and celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community. For more information, click here.
Diversity & Inclusion Team
The Diversity & Inclusion Team is part of the larger Outreach Team, and helps us to live out our welcome statement. This year, we’re focusing on making sure that all folks feel included and truly “a part of” Heart of the Rockies, especially those folks who have often felt excluded from church communities.
